Gudique delivers food from partner restaurants to your location. This policy describes delivery terms for Razorpay compliance and customer clarity.
Delivery areas
Delivery is available only within the service radius displayed for each restaurant (typically up to 5.5 km from the restaurant). Live or manual location is used to confirm eligibility at checkout.
Delivery time
Estimated times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, high demand, or restaurant preparation time.
Delivery charges
Delivery fees and taxes are calculated at checkout. Free delivery may apply above minimum order amounts set by the restaurant.
Order tracking
You may track order status in your account and via the Track Order feature when a courier is assigned.
Failed delivery
If we cannot reach you at the provided address or phone number, the order may be cancelled without refund of delivery charges where preparation was completed.
